1) Are runes 1 time use only? Meaning if I use it on my current armor, would I need to find another rune in order to use it on my next set of armor? Or is it more of an item that is put into a "slot" that can be transfered to other equipment?

2) Is the zealous (sp?) bowstring a random drop, or can it be gained through some sort of quest at all?

3) Any ideas on the elite skill barrage (ranger) that anyone knows about would be greatly appreciated. I've heard of a mob that uses it, but apparently it isn't a boss. =(

4) When/how can a second profession be changed? Considering I can't get barrage, and don't have that many runes to level up my expertise attribute (which reduces energy), so I've found it a pain to use Judge's Insight atm. Thinking of switching out of monk to become a /nec or /mes. People expect heals and rez's as well, not to mention I'm one of the main targets if there are no primary monks.

if you buy an expert salvage kit you have a chance at getting it back, but might get a common crafting material instead...no guarantee

i think a person got that item also from using an expert kit on the ithas bow...once again no guarantees, and you might get a wood plank instead

post ascension...after level 20...don't know how, but apperently you can just keep adding secondaries without ever dropping them...so eventually i think you could have every secondary skill in the game

1) You can sometimes get a rune back from an armor you put it in by salvaging that armor with an expert kit. It seems to be about a 50% chance to get the rune versus crafting materials. The armor must be salvageable, though, meaning you'll have to have crafted it yourself- starting armors and armors from collectors can't be salvaged

2) Some bows that drop will occasionally have a zealous bowstring- so yes, it's a random drop. By identifying enough blue/purple/yellow bows, you should eventually find one with a zealous bowstring.

3)I've seen some creatures using it, but haven't found a boss that has it yet. I'm just getting to bosses that actually use elite skills though, so I haven't had too much opportunity to find it yet.

4)One of the NPC's in Droknar's Forge gives you a quest to go to some outposts and talk to the NPC's at those outposts. There are some NPC's at the mentioned outposts that will give you quests to change your secondary profession. I just unlocked all 4 possible secondaries to change to- you don't actually have to change your profession when you do the quests, but if you go to any of the quest-givers after completing some of the quests, they have the option to change your secondary to any of the ones that you've done the quest for.
